Skip and Ronda started their Volvo Penta dealership on the Sassafras in 1997. They named it outSTANDing, after their 1976 42' Post. Their daughter's names, Andrea, Stacy and Angela inspired a name to live up to. Welcome to our family.

We had Outstanding Marine perform service on our Volvo Penta D2-75 engine while at Summit North Marina on the C&D. The service was done by Chris, who was very knowledgeable, and very willing to teach me how to do things myself. I had a minor payment issue with them, and they resolved it quickly and cheerfully.
The work we had done included oil and filter changes, coolant system flush (both sea and fresh water sides) and coolant refill, Racor filter changes, waste gate check, idle and shift check. It was all done carefully and efficiently.

OutSTANDing Marine is perfectly named because their knowledge and service level is nothing short of OUTSTANDING! I was lucky enough to find these guys a couple of seasons ago and they BY FAR know more about Volvo Penta systems than any other service company I have dealt with -- including my boat dealer! I actually take my boat 2+ hours away just so that they can service it -- and there is a local dealer who would be much more convenient! For as long as I own a Volvo Penta vessel, it will be serviced by OutSTANDING Marine and no one else. You would be wise to use them for ALL of your service and warranty needs!
