Skip- Started his own business in 1998 after working on Volvo Penta engines for 20 years. He likes to fish and attend boat shows. He prides himself in his wood crafting and his talents in boat restoration.

Ronda- Married Skip in 1983 and joined him in business by 2000. She has enjoyed being a Volvo Penta parts manager for over 20 years. She is the President of the UBMTA and Vice President of the Maryland Marine Trades Association. she is active in the marine industry.

Chris- Started out working on farm equipment and joined Skip in 2001 after attending Penco tech. He enjoys fishing and restoring his own collection of boats.

Stacy- Daughter of Skip and Ronda. She is helping out during the summer. She is in college and hopes to get a job as a history teacher.
