Emergency Breakdowns
We prioritize customers in distress or broke down away from their home port. Call us as soon as you are in a safe position to and we will assist over the phone.
Due to increasing demand for emergency repairs,
we are assessing a priority fee to all work that fall under emergency deadlines. This includes warranty claims.
Work requests are dependent upon scheduling, location, and parts availability.
Do NOT make plans while your vessel is under repair.
Maintenance and Service
We offer scheduled maintenance for engines, generators, stern drives, and IPS drives. Please call us with a time window.

Please note, oil changes are not considered emergencies, and will be performed in the order in which they are received.
Winterization and Commissioning
The seasonal changes we incur on the Chesapeake make it necessary to correctly and safely prep your engines for freezing weather. We begin winterization in mid October and wrap up mid December. We can also commission your boat in mid March to April.

Warranty and Insurance Claims
It is essential that your claim is well documented and that we work closely with your agent.
Our technicians will assess the situation and provide the necessary estimate, parts list and availability to get your claim approved.
Please let us know in the original work order if you are turning into insurance so that we may collect the evidence needed to build a case for you.
Volvo Warranty claims are handled case by case and we work closely with Volvo Penta to cover costs incurred during a breakdown under warranty. Please provide serial numbers and or date of purchase for Volvo Penta products.
