Outstanding Marine is family owned and operated. As we continue to grow, and we do our best to meet the demands of our long time customers as well those who have just bought their first boat, we thank you for your continued support.

 

Our family has a long history in the maritime industry. Skip's dad served in the Navy and moved to Hacks Point with his family in 1973. Skip met Ronda at Duffy Creek Marina where he learned his craft at woodworking and engine repair. Ronda's great grandparents built boats on the Sassafras, and came from a long line of captains and seafarers.

Skip started his own business in 1997. He and Ronda provided their customers with Volvo Penta parts and service out of Two Rivers Yacht Basin. Chris Shirey graduated from Pennco Tech in 2001 with a technical degree in Marine Diesel . He immediately found a home at Outstanding Marine. In 2005 they bought their Cecilton office. Andrea is the first person you'll talk to when you call 410-275-1200. Stacy, will help schedule service and take parts orders. Madison Neddo joined the family in 2022 as a new tech and son-in law.
