Returns and Exchanges

30 day return policy on maintenance items or in stock parts
We have a 10 day return policy on special order parts, with a 20% restocking fee. We cannot reimburse shipping charges.
All electronic parts, ie computers, and programming are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued via store credit or check
We do not issue credit card refunds
